Watton Street apartment complex sits on the edge of the Werribee River, a sensitive location of environmental significance.
Engaging a river front lifestyle on one side and growing CBD of Werribee on the other, WLA curates a rare living opportunity where urban complexity meets natural landscape. WLA understood the importance of the context, designing apartments that engage with its surrounding, minimising damage to the existing environment.
With the collaboration of ARC 3, the Watton Street complex includes 11 retail spaces on the ground floor, 36 apartments above with one basement floor of carparking space. With the addition of the light timber decking facing the river, the shops and apartments are able create intimate experiences immersed in nature.
